Careful: At 305 pounds you may have several potentially significant health issues. Before drastically reducing caloric intake and increasing exercising, see an md and make sure you can do these things, and ask advice for the healthy route. Best of health and luck!

First have an endocrinological workup, see a weight loss program, Do daily exercises for 60 min, have a trainer and explain why. If no results, See a bariatric surgeon who performs gastric banding, which defenitively will help big time, the procedure is endoscopic, very easy on you
