Weight change: You are presently at about 60 %ile ht, 80%ile wt, and 81%ile BMI. You want to loose 11 pounds over a time frame of 6 years. I don't know what you like to eat but I would suggest you keep an accurate diary of your food and caloric intake over the next week or two. Make it contemporaneously, NOT at the end of the day. Then speak to a nutritionist. You will succeed!!
