Nicotine metabolism: Nicotine is metabolized by the liver and so if you have cirrhosis, you want your liver not being overworked...in which case I would advise against vaping, the effects of which are still not well studied. Take care of your liver.

Vaping: "Smoking may affect the liver through inflammatory pathways and may aggravate the pathogenic effects of alcohol on the liver. " REF: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20511375. Don't recommend vaping.
