No: ? If is test to diagnose, dx, fibromyalgia, FM. Answer is negative. FM is a clinical dx: doctor examines, reviews labs, & guesses most probable dx. FM is a dx of exclusion, i.e., there are no specific findings; rather clinical picture, pain patterns, symptoms, lack of specific abnormalities & absence of proximate injuries arouses concern for FM. The practice of medicine is an art & a science.

Clinical exam : Fibromyalgia is based on the ACR criteria. Test may need to be done to rule out other cause and not dx FM. Suggest see a rheumatologist. Best of luck
