Physical exam: ? tests to prove fibromyalgia (FM). FM causes (femaleness, childbirth, obesity, mechanical injury, joint hypermobility, soft tissue weakness from prolonged inactivity) vary in sufferers. Causal history & exam paramount. Signs vary in sufferers & include joint hypermobility, pelvic counternutation, functional scoliosis, asymmetric shoulders, signs TOS & TMJ, trigger points, spastic sup. trapezium.
