More a process: From personal experience, i know that gnawing feeling. I do hope it is not fibro.. Muscle spasms at part. Points, fatigue, sleep without the recuperative stage that just don't stop. Depression. Feels like your bones cemented thtru the nite; feel feverous frequently. Sore throat that return.Terrible headaches. Only recently has it become legit. Rheumatologist, you call tom'w. Several: 30's female queries tests to rule fibromyalgia in or out. Exclusionary tests include tests for anemia, diabetes, thyroid disorder, Lupus, Lyme disease, and an occult infection. Questionnaires would include those for depression and Hypermobility Syndrome, which is highly associated with fibromyalgia. See the Brighton Criteria.
