Consult urologist: Did you have corrective surgery? Non-surgical treatment of hydronephrosis does not work unless it was caused by a kidney stone which passed. You likely need a kidney ultrasound & Mag 3 nuclear renal scan & may require corrective pyeloplasty surgery. Good luck.
