Septic bone: Too sick for computer help. Bone infections (osteomyelitis) especially those after previous surgery need to be seen by an orthopaedic surgeon. Preferably the one who knows the most about the prior cases. Chronic osteomyelitis often needs to have the infected dead bone removed to cure the infection - antibiotics alone will not usually work.
