Can you have jaw bone infection without fever or swelling, but just with sever pain? my dentist took an x-ray and said there's nothing wrong, and an urgent dr said it can't be an infection without fever. the aching area is spreading and i'm worried?

Jaw pain can come from several things, I don't think you will get a specific answer to your concern using this forum. It requires an in-person examination. I wonder if it is nerve pain or a referral from somewhere else. I suggest seeing a primary care doctor, best an internist who is the most trained to care for adults. They can see the entire picture , do a good examination and consider referrals

You need to have a PANORAMIC X-RAY of area. You could have a lesion[tumor] in bone. Go to an ORAL SURGEON for a x-ray and possible biopsy.

Rather than worrying, invest your energy in finding a solution. Contact your local Dental Society for a list of specialist Oral Pathologists, and go see one. Take a copy of your dental x-rays to the appointment. And know that over the years I have seen many patients with infections but no fevers.
