Possibly: These are pretty non-specific symptoms for an infection. The weakness and lack of energy are probably the most worrisome. If it was a wound infection, I would expect wound to be red and swollen. Also could be infection of the mesh, although more likely, you are just accumulating a seroma (fluid collection) around the mesh. See your surgeon tomorrow.
