Not normal,: But common. This happens often after arthroscopic knee surgery, but it is not something that you can say is normal. You should discuss this with your ortho, but at the same time, dont assume a redo of the same surgery will correct this. Make sure you have done all the physical therapy you can and try to do more. Work on quad and hamstring strengthening.
