Lymph node behind right ear has been swollen almost 3 years. Not painful to touch, no redness, and has no grown in size since that time. Part of it feels squishy, but part of it feels hard, the part that rests on jaw. Should I be concerned for cancer?

At both sides of my jaw I have 2 lymph nodes. They are half an inch at each side. I've had them for 2 years without any change or symptoms or cuase. They also appeared to be fine in a skan 2 years ago. What could this be? Could this be cancer?
