Need Medical checkup: Infected pimple on the face may need antibiotics since your lymph node enlargement indicates spreading infection. You should go see a doctor within 24 hours(Thursday) and seek his/her advice for using an antibiotic to control the infection. I do not think you should be concerned about any cancer type issues right now.

Reactive node: Any inflammation, irritation, or infection involving the face, mouth, throat, ear, and scalp can cause enlarged, tender local lymph nodes. Cancer is very unlikely.
