At both sides of my jaw i have 2 lymph nodes. they are half an inch at each side. i've had them for 2 years without any change or symptoms or cuase. they also appeared to be fine in a skan 2 years ago. what could this be? could this be cancer?

Those are likely common reactive lymph nodes, not cancerous with unchanged sizes after 2 years.

Cancer is very unlikely. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
