My friend is concerned she might have cancer. She feels tired, neck hurts and swollen lymph nodes under jaw and neck and breast. One ear canal is inflamed and back of skull on one side is sore. Her sinuses are clear. Dry throat but not sore.
6 year old daughter right submandublar lymph node, right under jaw curve( towards ear) is asymmetrically enlarged. Size is about an inch or a little under length wise. (football shaped) Left side also a little enlarged. No symptoms. Cancer concern?
