Diet/exercise: Your arms will improve as you lose weight and exercise. Aerobic exercise such as walking, swimming or biking for 30-60 minute 5 days a week is recommended. A diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables is important. It is also helpful when trying to lose weight to avoid fast food and prepared foods such as chips, fries, cookies and processed meats. Gentle arm exercises with weights will help.
