Sarcopenic obesity.: I'm not sure that this is the best forum to address your concerns or answer your question. Cosmetics aside, "bingo arms" is a symptom of a condition called sarcopenic obesity, which can pose longer-term health problems which you should address 1st. So, talk to your doctor or use HealthTap Prime to discuss. Plastic Surgeons can advise if/ what type of cosmetic surgery is indicated, but it costs $$$
