Yes: As long as these supplements are combined with intense, dedicated workouts, you should take them. If you're not committed to the workouts, they will just at weight/fat. You need 4-5 days of cardiovascular training a week for 45 minutes per day at 80% of maximum age corrected heart rate. You also need to weightlift with moderate weight and high repetitions 3-4 times per week.

Yes with caveats: Your exercise regimen is most important in terms of getting back in shape. Weight training and high intensity interval training (HIIT) are the best forms of exercise to achieve your goals. With HIIT, you will only need about 20 minutes per session, 3 days per week to see results. Chose creatine monohydrate and essential amino acids, not BCAA's. Whey isolate is good; be sure it doesn't contain junk
