Pneumonia: This may explain the cough & pain. The lump may be a bruise, however certainly recommend a chest xray and doctor visit.

Cannot diagnose: This needs to be seen and examined and a full detailed history obtained. Please see a doctor asap and get this worked out. There are very specific infections which are capable of extending from the lungs to ribs, and TB is one of them.
