Make an appointment : I would make an appointment to see your pcp. The pain, nausea, and bowel habits could be your gallbladder. The lumps are pretty nonspecific and probably have always been the it is just that you are noticing them because ou are hurting. Or it could be something completely different. But if you are hurting and nauseated i would recommend being seen by a physician.
