If aids researchers were provided with infinite funds how long would it take for a cure?

Tough to say!: I would say that while funding is helpful to finding a cure, what we are missing is key piece(s) of understanding of how the virus works and how it hides from our immune system. We need to understand how our own immune system works as well. There is a lot of vaccine research to understand how to stimulate our own immune system to recognize and kill HIV in every infected cell in the body.
