No: Hiv infection increases the risk of several cancers like kaposi sarcoma, cervical cancer, and certain kinds of lymphoma. In fact, some of these cancers define the diagnosis of aids vs. "just" an HIV infection. Hiv is much more treatable than when it was discovered but no reason to be careless.
