Have strep had shot but not feeling better after 24 hours?

What did ur doc say?: Your treating physician should've given you some guidelines as to when to expect improvement & reasons to return. I'm not sure what shot you had but presumably an antibiotic. Well, it may take more than 24hrs to feel better. More important is how you feel. If you can't swallow, have difficulty breathing, or are feeling worse in any way, you should seek re-evaluation.
