At what point after completing my rx for strep do i need to consider mono and how bad would i be feeling if that was a concern?

Anytime: Strep by itself should be improving with treatment within a week if not sooner.Part of the problem is that strep can co-exist with mono or other viral throat infections that may last longer (3wks +). Not that you can do much about it.Once you have reduced your risk of infecting others, the rest is focused on how to recover.
