I was diagnosed with strep and am on my 3rd day of 2000 mg of penicillin, with no relief. when should i expect to start feeling better?

Most people : start to feel better after 5-7 days of antibiotics (and you're on the correct antibiotic). if you still don't feel better then see your doctor again to make sure nothing else is wrong like a developing abcess or a different infection requiring different antibiotics.
