Need antibiotics.: Your OB should have prescribed antibiotics to treat the gbs in your bladder, whether symptomatic or not, as it can trigger preterm labor (in your case with bleeding) if untreated. Please keep all prenatal care appointments and avoid all intercourse, heavy lifting, aspirin, nsaids or ssris. Always remain within 20 minutes from your maternity hospital and call 911 for vaginal bleeding. Good luck!
