Maybe: Could be an ovarian cyst, when is your period due?. Could be the result of constipation. When was last bm?Could be a hernia in abdominal wall. You seem to be too young for diverticulities or inflammatory bowel disease, but that is another possibility. Also i see you have had kidney stones, could be another kidney stone. If pain continues to get worse, see your doctor.

Qualified maybe...: Persistent, dull abdominal ache, especially if palpable, is concerning and evaluation should be considered. Anatomical structures within the left lower quadrant include the ovary, intestines, muscle, peritoneal lining, soft tissues and blood vessels. Absent other systemic symptoms, gas pains & benign ovarian and/or corpus luteum cyst (remote rupture or torsion risk) need to be ruled out.
