About once a month my lower left abdomen feels a sore dull pain when pressed. it lasts a few days and then goes away. i got an ultrasound about 9 months ago to check if it was an ovarian cyst but they didnt find anything. should i be worried?

Left abdominal disco: Possibilities include pelvic congestion, low grade pelvic inflammatory disease or inflammatory bowel disease or low grade diverticular disease especially if you note bowel changes. If you haven't had a rectopelvic examination by a gynecologist, I recommend you do so. If bowel symptoms occur, consult a gastroenterologist.
