While straining to use the bathroom i felt a popping sensation a few times on my left side, lower abdomen about colon or upper intestine, mild pain after like soreness. feels hard to the touch but no lumps. what could it be?

Might be a good idea to see the PCP or Gastroenterologist and while at it discuss Diets that encourage Normal Bowel Movements and prevent Constipation.
