Get some help...: Abdominal pain is never normal, ; "bad" pain even less so. Lots of things cause llq (left lower quadrant) abdominal pain--see earlier healthtap answers. Your symptoms may be related to a non-serious condition, but when pain is persistent, recurrent, and as severe as you report, don't delay in seeking evaluation ; getting treated please.
