See a doctor now: Pain in the groin with associated swelling could be due to twisting or "torsion" of the testicle. This is a serious problems and prompt medical care is needed to avoid loss of a testicle or other problem. Other conditions can cause these symptoms but you need to see a doctor to see what is causing the problem.
