Yes: The numbers vary but the more radiation you get the higher your risks are of developing cancer.

Unlikely: The amount of radiation you received does not reach the threshold to be worried about cancer. Check out website xrayrisk.Com and radiologyinfo.Org to get more information. I am sure the xrays and ct scans were important to provide treatment of your fracture.
