I am 50 years old lady and fallen from running train and i got hurt on left side of hip but in x-ray there is no fracture too much pain unable to walk?

Pain is bad sign: If you have that much pain in your hip joint to me of two things. 1-you have bad injury did not effect the bone and you have to give time to heal. 2-you have but not seen on the x-ray, check with doctor he run MRI on the hip to find out.
