See details: It is impossible to say without being able to examine the areas involved. Get a 2nd opinion. A rheumatologist may be of greater help, especially for pain in the 'foot fingers' which are more commonly known as the toes.

Labral tear: If the ct scan shows a well reduced fracture you may need an MRI to look for a labral tear. The labrum is a ring of cartilage around the acetabulum that may be torn at the time of your fracture. This would not show up on ct scan and require an MRI to be seen. If this is the case you may need a hip arthroscopy. There may also be a focal cartilage injury.
