Fiber and hydration: Increasing fiber intake or adding supplemental fiber can help. The other most important aspect is to drink plenty of water to maintain hydration.

Water: Drink lots of water. Try unflavored psyllium. Start with a teaspoon a day and over the course of a month, gradually increase it to a tablespoon in the morning and one at night (mix in 16 oz of water). If still not working, try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and see a doctor.
