Daily how much gram fibre should take to avoid constipation?

Make sure first: You have to make sure that that there is nothing else wrong first. Constipation that does not respond quickly must be evaluated. If so, then 30 grams is the textbook answer. However, if you are using a fiber supplement, then you take enough to get the job done. It really does not matter if that is 1 tab or 10, once a day or thrice. The only real side effect of too much fiber is diarrhea.

Water and fiber: A high fiber diet and plenty of fluids are the key to avoiding constipation along with healthy daily exercise. 25+ grams a day. In the morning eat a cereal high in fiber. Include a banana. For snacks eat vegetables and fruit. For lunch have a meal that has some salad as a side every day. Drink water not soda. When you first wake up in the morning try 2 glasses of water.
