Constipation & Mg: I would recommend that youj try some other alternatives such as Senna, Miralax, (polyethylene glycol) or even see your doctor about some prescription medications used to treat constipation. Magnesium will enter your systemic circulation and could possibly have an unintended effect on your blood electrolytes.
