hi,iam 30 wks pregnant and evidencing constipation... is it ok to take lactulose daily? thanks...

Should be fine: Now that you are 30 weeks should be no risk to fetus. Also lactulose is not absorbed so generally safe anyway. Would take as needed but if you need it almost daily there should not be any significant risk. Constipation and straining would be a greater risk so if the lactulose helps avoid this it is good to use.
