Fiber is good !: The average male should be consuming ~38g of fiber daily, so I don’t see a problem with regular intake of 50 or more daily

We are all dependent: We all need fiber as part of a healthy diet so we are all dependent on it, just as we are all dependent on all essential vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and essential amino acids. But there are many ways to add fiber to your diet as vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Why would you stop eating fiber?

Agree with Dr. G: If you are concerned about fiber supplements you can increase your intake of fiber foods and drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
