Possibly: the ROME III criteria for abdominal pain without objective findings has suggested that if you have "classic" symptoms and have a negative CT scan, negatived upper and lower scope, negative HIDA and ultrasound with no other suspected cause for pain that it may be reasonable to remove the gallbladder. Patent needs to have low expectations and classic symptoms
