I was told i might have ibd based on biospy and colonoscopy/endo. but i never had diarrhea or bloody stools? can it be something else?

Not clear: On what was biopsied and what the report said. Were you placed on any meds for this? What were the indications for the colonoscopy/endoscopy? I really need more info. Could you have been diagnosed with ibs irritable bowel syndrome rather than ibd, inflammatory bowel disease?

Yes: But you must have had some symptoms for your GI specialist to recommend these tests. Sometimes blood tests can tell whether or not you have crohns's disease or ulcerative colitis (but not always). Ibd is sometimes a clinical diagnosis, based upon your symptoms alone.
