Of course not: Apples are great but anyone telling you the apples in general, or a particular apple offered for sale, will cure cancer is self-deceived or bent on deceiving you. Unfortunately, good people are willing to pay money thinking, "what if this did work?" instead, say to yourself, "i am not going to pay a cent to someone who has lied to me.".
