Not much data: I try to be open-minded, and i read about complementary therapies. There's very little good research to say these are effective. Exercise, lowering your fat intake, lowering your alcohol intake, and not smoking are far more effective ways to prevent cancer.

Turmeric impressive: Some animal studies suggest coconut oil may prevent colon, breast and skin cancer but no human studies have been done. Some claim apple cider vinegar prevents and treats cancer but I know of no research to support this. But I am quite impressed with research on turmeric for preventing and even treating cancer- see http://tinyurl.com/367cza and http://tinyurl.com/kwmnbhv
