Needs evaluation: You don't necessarily need it removed. If indeed it is the cause of your symptoms, you could have it removed surgically (myomectomy) or treated completely without any surgery (uterine fibroid embolization, ufe). Myomectomy done by gynecologist, ufe performed by interventional radiologist. Seek both opinions.
