hv submucus fibroid ,used to bleed heavily,spoted/bled a lot in btwn period but vit d3 hv reduced symptom drasticaly,can it shrink fibroid parmanently?

No: No, most medications to shrink fibroids last only as long as the medication is being taken. Surgical removal works permanently for that given fibroid, but fibroids are notorious for recurring even after myomectomy.(fibroid only surgery not hysterectomy).
