Get examined: Go see an internist. It could be from acid reflux, side effect of meds, post nasal drip etc. Only your dr can make an accurate dx. Take care! ( p.S.I presume you are not chewing any metal like iron, copper, lead, cadmium, zinc, silica etc.).

Recent filling?: You could also have an allergy to a dental material that was used in your mouth. Have you had any recent dental work done? If so, what was used may be the problem, especially if an amalgam filling or crown was placed and you have an allergy to nickel, or your new filling is opposite another amalgam filling.
