Hi, i have had a sore swollen white tongue for weeks and blood test showed low b12 (223) . i have had a week on b12 vitamins but still getting burning tongue pain, when should i see relief? is this normal or could it be something else?

May need injection: B 12 oral tablets/suspension is not as effective or rapid treatment as B 12 in an inject-able form. It is not well absorbed by some into their blood especially if they have gut problems or are deficient in the needed co-factor. You may need that boost to get over symptoms.Check with your doc.
