I've development what looks like a blister or pimple on the back of my jaw (inside mouth) today. no pain, slight burning. no weird taste. have tmj. feels like a sore or tonsil stone. have a dentist appointment in a week, can i wait? it's the weekend?

It is probably a fistula. Fistula is a draining tract which allow all the drainage from a lesion to drain and yes, reduce inflammation and therefore there is no pain. The tooth has no pain so probably the nerve is already dead. Since there is no pain and the tooth is draining, you can wait couple weeks or even months
