When making a diagnosis we usually put all the symptoms and signs together and we try to come up with only one disease or syndrome. Based on what you describe, I wonder if there are relationship between oral lesion, skin rash along with bowel and urinary symptoms. If you cannot wait, go to urgent care because you will need blood + urine tests besides a thorough exam.
