Dear White Bread: Theoretically, if you have no weight problems, exercise, no medical problems, and great family medical history, and you eat various foods; protens like fish, soybeans; fruit and vegetables; fats-olive oil, and fiber--walnuts etc. In addition to your loaf of white bread---you would probably o-k. Otherwise no.
